From invite code to live postings
Everything you need to set up your agency on Warp Recruit, in the order you'll actually need it. Start with one role and a few cities, then verify the result.
What this thing is
Prefer a walkthrough? Watch the nine setup tutorials alongside the steps below.
In one sentence: Warp Recruit takes the roles you're hiring for and puts them live in many markets at once, on your own careers page and in the job feeds — instead of one post, in one city, that dies in a week.
The idea that makes it click is the difference between two words:
- A role is the job itself. “Remote Life Insurance Agent.” You write it once — or let the AI draft it — and it lives in your Role Gallery.
- A posting is that same role, live in one specific city, findable by someone searching there. One role can become two hundred postings.
Doing that by hand is what nobody has time for. That's the whole reason this exists.
Before you start
Your invite code creates one workspace. If the code is rejected, check it with whoever sent your invitation. Use your existing login if your agency already has a workspace.
Review before your first launch. Saving a draft role does not publish it. You choose the roles and cities, then confirm the launch. Later, auto-rotation can replace postings if you enable it.
Where the platform honestly stands. Right now this is a tool for publishing to your careers page and making postings available in feeds. External boards decide whether to pull and list those jobs; search engines decide whether to index them. A successful launch does not promise applicants.
Setting up
The four setup steps are Agency setup, First role, Markets & launch, and Verify launch. Do these in order — it's the fastest path through everything, and you can leave and come back.
1. Create your workspace — 2 min
Go to warprecruit.com/signupand enter your invite code along with your agency name, email, and a password. That's your workspace created. From then on you sign in at warprecruit.com/admin. The admin is private and never indexed by search engines.
2. Agency setup
Save your agency name, recruiter name and applicant-facing phone number. Then save your notification email, business mailing address and public interview booking link. Calendly, GHL or another scheduling page works.
- Email sending — fill in a notification email and a business mailing address. The mailing address isn't optional bureaucracy; sending is required before Warp can send candidate follow-ups. Platform email is available without your own Resend account. If you connect Gmail, choose it as the workspace sender separately; a connected private mailbox is not automatically selected.
- GoHighLevel — genuinely optional. Skip it now and connect it later from Settings. Check the displayed GHL account name and confirm that it is your agency's account before enabling sync. A booking link works independently.
3. First role
First the wizard asks about your brand voice and a few agency facts — things that are actually true about you. Both are optional and both are worth the two minutes, because every drafted role and message pulls from them. It's the difference between roles that sound like you and roles that sound like everyone.
Then, in the Generate roles panel: describe what you're hiring for in the Brief field (or leave it blank — the defaults work), pick How many, and click Generate. You'll get genuinely different roles — different product line, different audience — not one role reworded five times.
Drafts appear as processing finishes. Warp checks the copy, and you should review the duties, compensation terms and agency details before publishing.
4. Markets & launch
In Role Gallery, check the roles you want live, then work down the deploy panel:
- Under Where should these go? choose Specific cities — it spreads roles across markets instead of piling them into one.
- Pick your States, then hit Save these as my defaults so every future deploy is narrowed to where you're actually licensed.
- Choose How many cities — start at 25 for a first batch — then Propose cities.
- Review the list, uncheck anything you don't want, and click Launch. This first press arms the control; read the posting count, then press again to confirm publishing.
Publishing is queued. Wait for processing to finish, then check Posts and the live count in Verify launch. A queued batch is not proof that every posting is live.
One behaviour worth knowing so it doesn't confuse you: if you ask for more postings than you have room for, only rows within your remaining limit can launch. Review the proposed rows and any skipped-row explanations before confirming.
5. Verify launch and the first applicant
Follow View your careers page from Verify launch. Check the agency identity, role, city, application form and booking link. Share this public careers URL, rather than your private admin URL or XML feed. Check board status separately in Distribution.
When someone applies, open People → Applicants and review their details. Moving them to Interviewing sends an invitation when your email settings and booking link are ready. Once your calendar confirms the appointment, open the person and choose Record confirmed booking. You can reschedule or mark it cancelled in Warp; make the matching change in your calendar separately. Reports lists upcoming confirmed appointments. Warp does not automatically read your calendar in this flow.
Then: five minutes a day
Setup is the big lift and it happens once. After that the job is small and repeatable. Open Today in the sidebar. You get a short list of candidates and one decision each — send or skip. That's the daily habit, and most days it's five minutes.
Worth checking weekly: Posts → Rotation shows Insights — what's working, including which postings have been live 14+ days with nothing to show. Retire & replace swaps a dead posting for the same role in a fresh market. It's net-zero on your live count, so it's always safe to use.
What you get as a founding agency
- 200 live postings at once
- 20 roles in your gallery
- All 50 states available
- No cost during the founding period
To be straight with you about that last one: the founding period is free for a limited time, not forever. Nothing will start costing you anything without me telling you first, with plenty of notice.
Your postings also ride along in the platform-wide feed that goes out to the job boards, alongside every other agency here — you don't have to register with any board yourself. That part is handled for you.
Questions people actually asked
Do I need my own domain or website?
No. Your careers page is live on ours the moment you publish a role. If you'd rather run it on your own domain later, that's a setting — not a prerequisite.
Will this post anything without me seeing it?
No. The AI drafts roles and messages; nothing publishes or sends until you click. That's deliberate and it isn't going to change.
Do I have to connect my CRM?
No. GoHighLevel is optional and you can skip it entirely. If you do connect it, contacts only reach your CRM when someone applies to you or when you push a person there yourself, one at a time.
What if I generate roles I don't like?
Archive them and generate more. Archiving frees the gallery slot — note that it also takes that role's live postings down — and you can restore an archived role later. Nothing is permanent unless you delete it.
How many roles should I start with?
Start with one reviewed role and a few cities in your licensed states. Verify the candidate path before expanding within your workspace's limits.
Something looks wrong. What do I do?
Tell me. Genuinely — a screenshot and a sentence is the fastest path, and finding the rough edges is a real part of what the founding group is here to do. Nothing is too small or too obvious to send. You are not bothering me and you are not the only one seeing it.
If you get stuck
Reply to my email, or write to admin@warprecruit.com. I'll walk through it with you, or set up that first batch for you myself if you'd rather watch it done once.
Thank you for taking a look at this. It means more than you know.
