Getting started
Start with one role and a few target cities. Follow the setup wizard from signup to a verified launch.
Watch the setup tutorials while you work through the wizard.
1. Create your workspace
Use the invitation you received to create your account. If the code is rejected, check it with whoever sent it. Sign in to an existing workspace instead of creating another.
2. Agency setup
In the setup wizard, save your agency and recruiter names, phone, notification email, business mailing address, and interview booking link. Use Calendly, GHL, or any booking page. Skip GoHighLevel for now — it's optional, and you can connect it later from Settings.
3. First role
Describe your agency and what you're hiring for, then generate a draft. Review the role before selecting it for a launch. Saving a role in the Gallery does not publish a city posting.
4. Markets & launch
Select your roles and licensed states, propose cities, and review the exact rows. The first Launch press arms the control; the second confirms publishing. Wait for the queued batch to finish, then check the postings.
5. Verify launch
Published jobs appear on your careers page and become available in the platform feed. External boards and Google decide whether to list or index them. Open your careers page to verify your jobs and booking link, then check Distributionfor board status.
6. Review your first applicant
Open People → Applicants when someone applies. Review their details and contact them, or move them to Interviewing to send your booking invitation when email and booking settings are ready. After your calendar confirms an appointment, open the person and choose Record confirmed booking. Reports shows upcoming recorded interviews separately from invitations.
