Privacy Policy

This careers site is operated by Warp Recruit on the Warp Recruit™ platform, which is provided by Warp Studios LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you apply for a role or correspond with us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Application information — name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, resume, and anything you write in your application.
  • Correspondence — replies to recruiting emails and interview scheduling details.
  • Basic technical data — the source or job board that referred you (used for attribution, not advertising).

How it's used

  • To evaluate your application and contact you about roles at Warp Recruit.
  • To manage the recruiting relationship in Warp Recruit's CRM.
  • Never sold, and never used for unrelated marketing.

Where it lives

Application data is stored securely on Warp Studios LLC's Warp Recruit™ infrastructure (Supabase / Vercel, hosted in the United States) on behalf of Warp Recruit, which controls the data. Resumes are stored privately and accessed only by Warp Recruit's recruiting team via expiring links.

Cookies and tracking

This careers site sets no cookies. Browsing roles and submitting an application stores nothing on your device. There are no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts anywhere on it, and we do not build a profile of you or share your browsing with anyone. Job views are counted in aggregate on our servers, with no cookie or device identifier attached to you — which is why you will never see a cookie consent banner here.

The separate admin area, used by Warp Recruit's recruiting team rather than by applicants, sets a small number of strictly necessary first-party cookies: a sign-in session, a short-lived security token when connecting a CRM, and two that simply remember display preferences (light or dark theme, and sidebar width). None are used for tracking or advertising.

Your choices

  • Every recruiting email includes an unsubscribe link — one click stops further outreach.
  • You can request a copy of your data, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time by emailing admin@warprecruit.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights over your data — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and, for applicants in the UK or European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Wherever you live, we extend the same core rights to everyone who applies:

  • Know and access — ask what we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct — fix anything inaccurate.
  • Delete — ask us to erase your application and resume.
  • Opt out of outreach — one click in any recruiting email.
  • No sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We also run no advertising trackers.
  • No discrimination — exercising any of these never affects how your application is considered.

Warp Recruit decides how your application is used and is the right first contact for any of these — email admin@warprecruit.com. Warp Studios LLC stores the data through Warp Recruit™ on Warp Recruit's behalf and will help action your request. Platform privacy questions may also be sent to admin@warprecruit.com. We aim to respond within 45 days.

Retention

Applications for roles you weren't selected for are kept so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them.
