This careers site is operated by Warp Recruit on the Warp Recruit platform. This policy explains what we collect when you apply for a role or correspond with us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Application information — name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, resume, and anything you write in your application.
• Correspondence — replies to recruiting emails and interview scheduling details.
• Basic technical data — the source or job board that referred you (used for attribution, not advertising).

How it's used

• To evaluate your application and contact you about roles at Warp Recruit.
• To manage the recruiting relationship in Warp Recruit's CRM.
• Never sold, and never used for unrelated marketing.

Where it lives

Application data is stored securely on Warp Recruit's infrastructure (Supabase / Vercel, hosted in the United States) on behalf of Warp Recruit, which controls the data. Resumes are stored privately and accessed only by Warp Recruit's recruiting team via expiring links.

Your choices

• Every recruiting email includes an unsubscribe link — one click stops further outreach.
• You can request a copy of your data, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time by replying to any email from us.

Retention

Applications for roles you weren't selected for are kept so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them.
