Subscriber Terms of Service

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These Subscriber Terms of Service are an agreement between Warp Studios LLC ("Warp Studios," "we," or "us") and the person or organization creating or using a Warp Recruit™ workspace ("Subscriber" or "you"). They cover your agency's workspace and the hosted service, not the careers site your candidates see. By creating a workspace, checking the acceptance box, or using the service, you represent that you can bind the Subscriber and agree to these terms.

What you get

Subject to these terms, Warp Studios gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to access and use the hosted service for your internal recruiting operations during your subscription. Your workspace includes a careers site, admin tools for posting roles and sourcing candidates, and AI-assisted drafting. You receive no copy of, ownership interest in, or license to the underlying source code.

Ownership

  • Warp Studios owns the platform. As between you and Warp Studios, Warp Studios LLC owns Warp Recruit™, the software, source code, object code, interfaces, platform designs, documentation, workflows, compilations, configurations, improvements, and associated intellectual-property rights. Third-party services and open-source components remain owned by their respective owners.
  • You own your content. As between you and Warp Studios, you retain ownership of the roles, candidate information, outreach, and branding you submit. You give us a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service for you.
  • Feedback. If you voluntarily provide product suggestions or feedback, you give Warp Studios a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or payment. This does not transfer ownership of your candidate data, roles, outreach, or branding.

Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

  • Copy, modify, translate, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, or create derivative works from the platform or its documentation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, discover source code, or circumvent technical protections, except to the limited extent applicable law does not permit that restriction.
  • Scrape, crawl, probe, scan, or test the service or its security without our prior written permission.
  • Use the service, its output, documentation, or nonpublic features to benchmark, copy, train, or build a competing product or service.
  • Share credentials, provide access to unauthorized people, resell the service, or remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Access another Subscriber's workspace or use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Data protection — who is responsible for what

For the candidate and applicant data in your workspace, you are the controller and Warp Studios LLC is the processor. You decide who is contacted, what is collected, and how long it is kept; we process it only to run the service and only on your instructions. For your own account data — who signed up, billing, support — Warp Studios LLC is the controller.

  • We don't market to your candidates.Warp Studios never contacts the people in your workspace for its own purposes, never sells or shares them, and never uses one agency's candidates to serve another. Outreach goes out under your identity, to your list, on your instruction.
  • Your data stays yours.Export any time from Settings. Deleting your workspace deletes it. On termination we return or delete it — we don't keep a copy to build a network from.
  • Security. Resumes live in private storage reachable only through short-lived signed links, every query is scoped to your organization, and data is encrypted in transit.
  • Breaches. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we notify you promptly with what we know, so you can meet your own obligations as controller.
  • Requests from candidates. If someone asks you for access to or deletion of their data, we'll help you find and action it.

Confidential information

Nonpublic product features, documentation, pricing, security information, software, workflows, and technical materials we disclose are Warp Studios confidential information. Nonpublic candidate data, business information, and credentials you provide are your confidential information. Each party will use the other's confidential information only for this relationship, protect it with reasonable care, and disclose it only to people and vendors who need it and are bound to protect it. These duties do not cover information that becomes public without breach, was already lawfully known, is independently developed, or is lawfully received without a confidentiality duty.

Who else touches the data (sub-processors)

Running the service means a small number of vendors process data on our behalf. We keep this list current and will tell you before adding one that handles candidate data:

  • Supabase — database and private file storage (United States).
  • Vercel — application hosting (United States).
  • Resend — delivery of the emails you send.
  • Anthropic — the AI that drafts roles, outreach, and candidate summaries. Content you submit for drafting is sent to it; it is not used to train models.
  • People Data Labs — licensed professional-profile data, used only when you run a discovery search.
  • Stripe — payment processing for your subscription (billing data only, never candidate data).

Your own GoHighLevel sub-account is not on this list: that is your system, connected with your credentials, and data we sync into it is under your control.

Acceptable use

  • No scraping, reselling, or reverse-engineering the platform.
  • No using your access to benchmark, copy, or build a competing product.
  • Outreach you send goes out under your own accounts and identity — you're responsible for the content of what you send and for complying with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and your industry's advertising rules.
  • Every AI-drafted message is a draft, not an auto-send. A human on your team reviews and approves before anything goes out — that's built into the product, and it's also a condition of using it.

Billing

Paid plans bill on the cycle shown at checkout. Cancel any time from Billing; access continues through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime, but the service, beta features, AI drafts, and third-party integrations are provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warp Studios disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, hiring outcomes, job-board distribution, candidate quality, or the accuracy of AI output. You remain responsible for human review and every recruiting decision.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate a workspace for violating these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the platform (including the outreach rules above). You can close your workspace at any time from Settings.

Changes

We'll update this page if these terms change and, for material changes, let you know by email.
