Remote life insurance sales is the work. The Wood Agency is looking for sales consultants — including those from tech or SaaS sales — to connect with families who've already requested information about coverage, walk through their situation, and help them apply. The role is 100% remote and open across all 50 states.
What you'll do
- Reach out to people who've already raised their hand for life insurance information — not cold prospecting
- Hold scheduled phone or video calls to learn each client's situation before presenting any coverage options
- Walk through suitable choices with the client and complete the application together during the call
- Log call notes, follow-up tasks, and case status in the CRM throughout each interaction
- Stay in contact with clients while their application is under review, keeping them informed until the policy is issued
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- A state life insurance license — or a clear plan to earn one before making client sales calls
- Comfortable running structured phone and video appointments; discovery-call or demo experience from a prior role carries over directly
- Consistent about CRM entries, pipeline follow-through, and next-step tracking
- Able to explain an unfamiliar product clearly to someone making a meaningful financial decision without a script running their life

Compensation
