The role suits people who explain things clearly, work well without close supervision, and want a flexible schedule — including those with a background in education.
What you'll do
- Reach out to people who have already expressed interest in life insurance and schedule time to talk by phone or video
- Ask questions to understand each family's situation before presenting any options
- Walk clients through coverage choices that fit their needs and complete the application together
- Log activity and follow-up notes in the CRM as conversations happen
- Track each pending application and keep clients informed while the carrier reviews their case
- Stay current on products, carriers, and compliance standards — training here is ongoing, not a one-time onboarding

- A state life insurance license, or the ability to get one before your first sale
- Comfortable running professional conversations by phone and video
- Able to break down policy terms and coverage details in plain language for people hearing them for the first time
- Consistent follow-through on open cases without external deadlines keeping you on track
- A computer, reliable internet, and a phone for fully remote work
What we provide
- Access to an exclusive lead system; ask us about costs and terms
- Weekly team call, scripts, call reviews, and ride-along support available to agents
- 1:1 mentorship available for new agents getting started
- Contracts across 43 carriers, with the agency licensed in all 50 states
