Work-From-Home Sales Specialist — Educators Welcome

The Wood Agency is hiring work-from-home sales specialists in Wiggins, MS to help individuals and families review life insurance options and apply for coverage. This is a remote, work-from-home position. The role suits people who explain things clearly, work well without close supervision, and want a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Reach out to people who have already expressed interest in life insurance and schedule time to talk by phone or video
• Ask questions to understand each family's situation before presenting any options
• Walk clients through coverage choices that fit their needs and complete the application together
• Log activity and follow-up notes in the CRM as conversations happen
• Track each pending application and keep clients informed while the carrier reviews their case
• Stay current on products, carriers, and compliance standards — training here is ongoing, not a one-time onboarding

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• A state life insurance license, or the ability to get one before your first sale
• Comfortable running professional conversations by phone and video
• Able to break down policy terms and coverage details in plain language for people hearing them for the first time
• Consistent follow-through on open cases without external deadlines keeping you on track
• A computer, reliable internet, and a phone for fully remote work

Compensation
