Remote Sales Consultant — Experienced Sellers Welcome

The Wood Agency is hiring remote sales consultants in Hanna, WY to work with clients who have already requested information about life insurance. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. Experienced sellers can bring their closing discipline to a different product, discussing client situations, presenting suitable options, and completing applications together.

What you'll do

• Reach out to people who've already asked about life insurance and schedule remote appointments
• Hold phone or video calls to understand each client's full picture before presenting anything
• Use carrier quoting tools and e-apps to walk clients through coverage options and submit applications
• Log client records and case notes in the CRM as conversations happen
• Track pending applications to issued status and keep clients informed while they wait
• Stay current on products, carriers, and the state insurance regulations that govern this work

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• A state life insurance license, or the ability to get licensed before making sales calls
• A track record of closing in a commission or variable-pay environment
• Comfortable managing client conversations by phone and video, without daily direction
• Able to navigate web-based platforms — quoting tools, e-apps, and a CRM
• Strong follow-up habits; cases and clients don't move without consistent attention

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based. No salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production.
