Part-Time Remote Sales Agent — Keep Your Day Job

The Wood Agency is hiring part-time life insurance sales agents in the Westerville, OH area. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position with flexible hours built around a day job — no office, no set shifts. You'd reach out to families who've already requested coverage, walk them through their options, and help them apply.

What you'll do

• Reach out to families who've requested information and schedule remote appointments by phone or video
• Learn about each family's situation before discussing any coverage options
• Present suitable policy options from across The Wood Agency's 43 carrier relationships and help clients complete an application
• Log activity and update each case in the CRM as things move forward
• Follow pending applications through to policy issue and keep clients informed while the case is pending
• Keep up with product and compliance training through available team resources

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• A state life insurance license, or on track to earn one before your first sales call
• A computer, phone, and reliable internet connection for remote client work
• Comfortable holding coverage conversations by phone or video — clearly and without pressure
• Able to manage your own calendar and follow through on appointments without daily oversight
• Clear-eyed about a part-time start — this is commission-based work, and consistent effort is what moves it forward

Compensation
