Work From Home Life Insurance Sales Agent (Part-Time or Full-Time)

The Stratton Life Group is hiring remote sales representatives in Kotlik, AK to connect with people who have already requested life insurance information and help them apply for coverage. This is a remote, work-from-home position. The role accommodates both part-time and full-time schedules and suits organized, coachable people at ease having detailed conversations by phone or video.

What you'll do

• Reach out to prospective clients who have already asked about coverage and schedule time to speak with them
• Conduct remote consultations by phone or video to understand each person's situation before presenting any options
• Walk clients through plans from multiple carriers and explain how they compare for each person's needs
• Complete applications alongside clients using carrier e-application platforms
• Log activity and case notes in the CRM as conversations and follow-ups happen
• Stay in contact with clients while their applications move through underwriting and keep them informed through to policy issue

Qualifications

• A state life insurance license — or the ability to secure one before working with clients
• Comfortable working daily on a computer, phone, and video platform
• Able to explain coverage options clearly and in plain language
• Disciplined follow-through on open cases and pending client conversations
• U.S. citizen, 18 or older

Compensation
