If you've sold cars, phones, solar, or anything else, you already know the hard parts: follow-up and trust. At The Stratton Life Group, you'll use those skills with families who already asked for help. This is a 100% remote role, part-time or full-time.
What you'll do
- Work warm leads from families who requested coverage information
- Run your own phone or video appointments from start to finish
- Understand each client's needs before presenting any options
- Offer term, whole life, IUL, final expense, and mortgage protection
- Shop 30+ carriers and complete applications with each client
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Pay is commission-based. There is no salary or base pay. Earnings depend on individual production.
