The Stratton Life Group is hiring remote sales consultants to help individuals and families review life insurance options and apply for coverage. The role is open to part-time and full-time schedules and suits people who communicate well one-on-one and want the flexibility to set their own hours.
What you'll do
- Follow up with warm leads — people who have already asked about life insurance coverage
- Schedule and hold conversations by phone or video to understand each client's situation before presenting any options
- Walk clients through coverage choices across 30+ carriers and complete applications together
- Track cases from submission through policy issue, keeping clients informed while their coverage is pending
- Record calls, notes, and next steps in the CRM as you work
- Complete ongoing product, carrier, and compliance training as your practice develops
Qualifications
- A state life insurance license — or a clear plan to obtain one before your first sale
- Comfortable holding phone and video conversations and explaining policy details in plain language
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection
- Self-directed and consistent — able to work a follow-up pipeline without daily supervision
- Must be 18 or older and a U.S. citizen

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with The Stratton Life Group. Compensation is commission-based. No salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production. Candidates at any experience level who can commit to consistent, professional work are welcome to apply.
