The Stratton Life Group is hiring remote life insurance sales agents to help families understand how to protect their homes and income. It suits current or former teachers and trainers who explain ideas clearly and patiently. This is a 100% remote role, part-time or full-time.

We help you get started with training on our products, our sales process, and the carrier tools you will use every day.

What you'll do

  • Contact families who requested information about life insurance
  • Hold phone or video appointments on your own schedule
  • Teach families how their coverage options work, step by step
  • Compare plans across 30+ carriers and help clients choose what fits
  • Complete applications with clients and guide them through approval
  • Keep organized notes and follow-ups in the CRM

Qualifications

  • Current or former teachers, tutors, and trainers
  • Patient explainers who enjoy helping people understand
  • Organized people who follow through on commitments
  • Licensed agents, or people ready to get licensed — we help with that
  • U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old

Compensation
