The Stratton Life Group is hiring remote life insurance sales agents to help families protect their homes and income over the phone and video. It suits people with customer service or call center experience who are calm and friendly on the phone. This is a 100% remote role, part-time or full-time.
We help you get started with training on our products, our sales process, and the carrier tools you will use every day.
What you'll do
- Call families who have already requested coverage information
- Hold phone or video appointments on a schedule you set
- Ask questions and listen before recommending any options
- Compare plans across 30+ carriers and explain the differences clearly
- Complete applications with clients and follow each case to approval
- Log calls and next steps in the CRM
Qualifications
- Customer service, call center, and support professionals
- Calm, friendly people who are comfortable on the phone all day
- People ready to trade a fixed schedule for one they control
- Licensed agents, or people ready to get licensed — we help with that
- U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Pay is commission-based. There is no salary or base pay. Earnings depend on individual production.
