The Stratton Life Group is hiring remote life insurance sales agents to help families protect their homes, income, and future. It suits clear communicators who want flexible work, part-time or full-time. This is a 100% remote role, and you work with people who already asked for coverage information, not cold calls.
We help you get started with training on our products, our sales process, and the carrier tools you will use every day.
What you'll do
- Call families who requested information about protecting their mortgage and income
- Set phone or video appointments on a schedule you control
- Learn each family's situation before showing them any options
- Compare coverage from 30+ carriers and recommend what actually fits
- Complete applications with clients and follow each case to an issued policy
- Keep notes and follow-ups organized in the CRM
Qualifications
- Clear communicators who are comfortable on the phone and on video
- Self-directed people who follow through without being reminded
- Coachable people willing to learn a proven process
- Licensed agents, or people ready to get licensed — we help with that
- U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Pay is commission-based. There is no salary or base pay. Earnings depend on individual production.
