The Stratton Life Group is hiring part-time life insurance sales agents to meet with families in the evenings and on weekends, when many are easiest to reach. It suits reliable people who want flexible part-time work that can grow into full-time. This is a 100% remote role.
We help you get started with training on our products, our sales process, and the carrier tools you will use every day.
What you'll do
- Call families who requested coverage information during evening and weekend hours
- Hold phone or video appointments after work or on weekends
- Understand each family's needs before recommending coverage
- Compare options from 30+ carriers and explain them clearly
- Complete applications with clients and follow up until approval
- Track appointments and follow-ups in the CRM
Qualifications
- People working a full-time job who want part-time work on the side
- Reliable people who keep the appointments they set
- Good listeners who explain things in plain language
- Licensed agents, or people ready to get licensed — we help with that
- U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old

Compensation
