Remote Life Insurance Agent – Sales Background Welcome

Hamden, CT residents and career-changers seeking flexible work: Stratton Life Group is hiring remote life insurance agents with sales backgrounds. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. You'll use skills from auto, retail, solar, or phone sales to help families secure term, whole life, IUL, and final expense coverage.

What you'll do

• Work warm leads from families who requested coverage information
• Run your own phone or video appointments from start to finish
• Understand each client's needs before presenting any options
• Offer term, whole life, IUL, final expense, and mortgage protection
• Shop 30+ carriers and complete applications with each client
• Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM

Compensation
