Remote Life Insurance Agent – Sales Background Welcome

If you've sold cars, phones, solar, or anything else, you already know the hard parts: follow-up and trust. At The Stratton Life Group, you'll use those skills with families in Big Spring, TX who already asked for help. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position.

What you'll do

• Work warm leads from families who requested coverage information
• Run your own phone or video appointments from start to finish
• Understand each client's needs before presenting any options
• Offer term, whole life, IUL, final expense, and mortgage protection
• Shop 30+ carriers and complete applications with each client
• Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM

Who this fits

• People with auto, retail, solar, wireless, or other sales experience
• Strong closers who lead with listening, not pressure
• Disciplined people who follow up without being told
• Licensed agents, or people ready to get licensed — we help with that
• U.S. citizens, 18 or older

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Pay is commission-based. There is no salary or base pay. Earnings depend on individual production.
