Role: Life Insurance Sales Agent
The Stratton Life Group is hiring work-from-home life insurance sales agents to help families protect their homes and income. It suits self-motivated people who want to set their own hours. This is a 100% remote role, part-time or full-time, working with families who already asked for coverage information.
We help you get started with training on our products, our sales process, and the carrier tools you will use every day.
What you'll do
- Call families who have already asked about life insurance
- Book phone or video appointments at times that work for you
- Listen to each family's needs before presenting options
- Compare plans across 30+ carriers and help clients choose
- Complete applications together and follow each case to approval
- Log your calls and next steps in the CRM
Qualifications
- People who want flexibility and control over their schedule
- Self-motivated people who stay consistent without a boss watching
- Friendly, clear communicators on the phone and video
- Licensed agents, or people ready to get licensed — we help with that
- U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Pay is commission-based. There is no salary or base pay. Earnings depend on individual production.
