Entry-Level Life Insurance Sales Agent – Remote, We Help You Get Licensed

The Stratton Life Group is hiring entry-level life insurance sales agents in the Frannie, WY area to help families protect their homes and income. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. It suits people new to insurance who are coachable and want a clear system to follow. We help you get licensed before your first sale.

What you'll do

• Complete your state life insurance license with our step-by-step guidance
• Learn our products and sales process through training and mentorship
• Call families who have already requested coverage information
• Hold phone or video appointments and learn each family's needs
• Help clients choose coverage and complete their applications
• Track your appointments and follow-ups in the CRM

Qualifications

• Career changers from retail, service, office, or any other field
• People who enjoy talking with others and helping them solve problems
• Coachable people who want a clear system to follow
• Self-starters who can manage their own schedule
• U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old

Compensation
