Bilingual Life Insurance Agent – Spanish/English, Remote

The Stratton Life Group is hiring bilingual Spanish-English life insurance sales agents in Crewe, VA to help Spanish-speaking families protect their homes and income. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. We provide Spanish-language leads and training on our products, sales process, and carrier tools.

What you'll do

• Contact Spanish-speaking families who requested coverage information
• Hold phone or video appointments in Spanish or English
• Explain coverage options clearly in the client's preferred language
• Compare plans from 30+ carriers and recommend what fits
• Complete applications with clients and guide them through approval
• Keep notes and follow-ups organized in the CRM

Qualifications

• Fluent speakers of both Spanish and English
• People who want to serve their community
• Patient communicators who explain things simply
• Licensed agents, or people ready to get licensed — we help with that
• U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Pay is commission-based. There is no salary or base pay. Earnings depend on individual production.
