• Learn each client's situation and goals before walking them through whole life, IBC, or debt-free life options
• Explain how these strategies work in plain language — no jargon, just clarity
• Help clients complete applications and follow each case through underwriting
• Use available CRM tools and case design support to manage your pipeline
• Tap into available scripts, call reviews, and 1:1 mentor support to sharpen your approach
