Tu Comunidad Te Necesita — Bilingual Life Insurance Agent (1099)
Magnolia, Arkansas and the surrounding communities of Southern Arkansas are home to hardworking families — oil-patch workers, timber industry professionals, and students at Southern Arkansas University — who deserve real financial protection from someone who speaks their language and understands their values. This is a remote, work-from-home position serving the Magnolia, AR area and bilingual Spanish-speaking families across the U.S. There is an entire community who need real financial protection — and they deserve someone who understands not just their language, but their values, their work ethic, and what family actually means to them.
What You'll Actually Do
- Educate bilingual and Spanish-speaking families on Indexed Universal Life (IUL) and living benefit solutions in the language they're most comfortable in
- Build relationships built on trust, not transactions — explaining complex products in a way that's clear and culturally resonant
- Work entirely remote — video calls, phone appointments, and digital applications from wherever you are in the U.S.
- Serve a market that is chronically underserved and deeply grateful for honest guidance
Who This Is a Fit For
- A bilingual agent — licensed or in the process of getting licensed — who is tired of working inside a system that doesn't see the full value of what you bring
- Someone who has watched their parents or grandparents work hard their whole lives without a plan, and wants to be the person who changes that story for others
- You're entrepreneurial, service-oriented, and ready to build something on your own terms
What We Provide
- 100% remote flexibility — serve your community from anywhere in the country
- Training and mentorship designed to help you grow at a sustainable pace
- A supportive team culture rooted in faith and the belief that your background is an asset, not an afterthought
- Licensure guidance if you're not yet licensed
