The Freidin Agency is seeking life insurance sales consultants from hospitality and service backgrounds in Santa Cruz, CA. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position where you'll leverage people skills built on restaurant floors and retail teams to help families secure coverage—entirely on your own schedule, compensated by commission as a 1099 independent contractor.

What you'll actually do

• Sell life insurance to families who've already asked for help, remotely, compensated by commission as a 1099 independent contractor
• Reach out to people who submitted a request for coverage — no cold calling involved
• Hold phone or video appointments to understand what a family needs before showing them any options
• Walk clients through their choices and complete the application together online
• Log conversations and follow-ups in the CRM as you go, not at the end of the week
• Stay with a case through to policy issue and keep the client informed while it's pending

Who this is a fit for
