• Lead structured discussions about each family's long-term protection needs
• Explain whole life options honestly across 30 represented carriers
• Help clients complete applications and track each case through underwriting to issue
• Run your own full-time schedule and pipeline with the consistency the work demands
• Show up to weekly team calls and work regularly with your assigned 1:1 mentor
