What you'll actually do
- Contact clients interested in permanent life insurance and schedule coverage conversations
- Lead structured discussions about each family's long-term protection needs
- Explain whole life options honestly across 30 represented carriers
- Help clients complete applications and track each case through underwriting to issue
- Run your own full-time schedule and pipeline with the consistency the work demands
- Show up to weekly team calls and work regularly with your assigned 1:1 mentor
