Selling cars, homes, or phones means you already handle rejection, manage a pipeline, and close without pressure. The Freidin Agency has remote openings for commission salespeople ready to put those skills toward work that stays with a family long after the deal closes. This role is 100% remote.

What you'll actually do

  • Sell life insurance to families who've already asked for coverage help — remotely, on a commission-based 1099 independent-contractor basis.
  • Reach out to people who submitted a request for information, schedule phone or video conversations, and get to know their situation before presenting anything.
  • Walk through options together, complete applications using carrier e-app and quoting platforms, and keep each case moving through to a decision.
  • Log activity and client notes in the CRM as you go — not at the end of the week.
  • Take part in ongoing product and carrier training; this isn't a one-week onboarding and done.

Who this is a fit for

  • Someone already earning on commission — car, real estate, wireless, home services, or similar — who wants to do it remotely.
  • Comfortable holding real conversations by phone or video: listening, asking questions, explaining clearly.
  • Organized enough to manage several open cases at once and follow each one through without losing track.
  • Ready to get a state life insurance license before your first sale — The Freidin Agency's month-one plan sets weeks 1 and 2 aside for exactly that step.
  • Looking for work where what you sell genuinely matters to the people buying it.

What we provide

  • Access to 30 carriers with coverage across all 50 states through The Freidin Agency — an independent agency founded on the belief that the customer comes before the commission.
  • A structured first month: licensing in weeks 1–2, carrier training and contracting in week 3, first sales calls in weeks 4–5.
  • A weekly team call, one-on-one mentorship, scripts, and call reviews — available as you get started and beyond.
  • CRM access and case design support.

The honest part

This is commission-based 1099 work — no base salary and no guaranteed earnings. Your pay comes from your own sales to clients, nothing else. If a predictable paycheck matters more than flexibility and purpose right now, this isn't the right fit. But if you're already comfortable living on what you produce and want work that means something, The Freidin Agency is worth a conversation — apply today.
