Remote Sales Consultant — Proven Sellers from Any Industry Welcome

The Freidin Agency is hiring a Remote Sales Consultant for life insurance sales in the Fairfield, CA area. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position open to proven sellers from any commission-based sales background. If you already know how to build trust, work through objections, and stay organized, those habits carry directly into what we do — and the work means something.

What you'll actually do

• Sell life insurance to families who've already requested help, remotely, compensated by commission as a 1099 independent contractor
• Reach out to people who submitted a request and schedule a time to talk through their options
• Ask about their situation first — family, existing coverage, what they're trying to protect — before presenting anything
• Explain options in plain language and complete the application together on the carrier's e-app
• Follow each case through underwriting and keep the client informed until the policy issues
• Log activity in the CRM as you go and manage your own pipeline

Who this is a fit for

• Currently in commission-based sales — auto, real estate, solar, wireless, home services, staffing, or similar
• Comfortable running back-to-back phone and video appointments throughout the day
• Able to track your own follow-up without a manager sending reminders
• No life insurance license yet? Getting licensed is built into weeks one and two — it's not a barrier to applying
• Organized, serious about the work, and not looking for easy
