Remote Sales Consultant — Career Changers from Commission Sales

The Freidin Agency is looking for commission sales professionals ready to apply their skill to life insurance work with real staying power. We serve clients across the Kirkland, WA area and beyond. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position open to candidates in Kirkland, WA and nationwide.

What you'll actually do

• Sell life insurance to families who asked us to call — remotely, on a 1099 independent-contractor basis, compensated by commission
• Reach out to people who've already shown interest, schedule a call, and learn what their family actually needs before presenting any options
• Walk through what each policy does in plain terms and complete the application together using the carrier's own e-app
• Track each case from submitted to issued; keep clients informed while it's pending
• Keep building your product knowledge — training at The Freidin Agency runs continuously, not just through the first few weeks

Who this is a fit for

• Currently in commission sales — cars, real estate, wireless, solar, home services, staffing, or similar fields
• Comfortable on the phone and in video calls; that's where this work happens start to finish
• Can manage follow-up across several open cases at once without losing the thread
• Ready to get a state life insurance license before your first sale — the month-one plan here builds licensing into weeks one and two, so you know exactly what to expect
• Cares more about helping the client than closing a number; The Freidin Agency was founded by someone who watched life insurance matter firsthand when their own family needed it most
