Serving Waianae and the Leeward coast, The Freidin Agency is hiring licensed life insurance agents who are ready to go truly independent. This is a remote, work-from-home position — you'll work from wherever you are, serving clients across all 50 states. If one carrier's rules have been holding you back, we offer a different path: 100% remote, commission-based 1099 independent sales with access to 30 carriers.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients and schedule coverage conversations on your own time
• Present options across multiple carriers — not just one company's lineup
• Listen to what a family actually needs, then explain what fits
• Help clients complete applications and follow each case through underwriting
• Use available CRM tools to stay organized and keep follow-up consistent
• Tap into case design support when structuring something outside your comfort zone
