You'll build an independent IUL-focused 1099 commission practice with access to 30 carriers across all 50 states, no captive contract, and no micromanagement. What you'll actually do

• Have in-depth IUL conversations with clients focused on long-term protection needs
• Explain policy mechanics, flexibility, and real limitations honestly—no overselling
• Compare options across 30 carriers and match clients to appropriate coverage
• Help clients complete applications and follow them carefully through underwriting
• Run your own schedule and manage your pipeline with a provided CRM
• Join a weekly team call and connect with your 1:1 mentor when questions come up
