• Ask the right questions about their mortgage, their family, and what needs to be covered
• Explain coverage options across 30 represented carriers clearly and without pressure
• Help clients complete applications and follow their cases through underwriting
• Manage your own full-time schedule — callbacks, follow-ups, and pending cases every day
• Join weekly team calls and work closely with a 1:1 mentor through your first month
