The Freidin Agency is hiring career changers in the Morganton, NC area for remote, commission-based 1099 term life sales. This is a remote, work-from-home position—and here's exactly what your first five weeks look like before you decide to apply.

What you'll actually do

• Weeks one and two: study for and pass your state life insurance license exam
• Week three: complete agent training and get contracted with carriers
• Weeks four and five: start scheduling and holding your first client conversations
• Listen to each family's situation and explain term life options in plain language
• Help clients complete applications and follow them through underwriting
• Stay organized with a provided CRM; meet weekly with your 1:1 mentor
