What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about term life coverage
• Schedule and hold phone or video conversations to understand each client's situation
• Explain term life policy options plainly and help clients compare what fits their needs and budget
• Assist clients through the application process and follow each case through underwriting
• Manage your lead pipeline and follow-up cadence using a CRM provided at no cost
• Attend weekly team calls and complete call reviews to keep sharpening your skills
