What you'll actually do
- Contact prospective clients who have expressed interest in term life coverage
- Schedule and hold phone or video conversations to understand each family's situation
- Explain how term life policies work in plain, honest language
- Help clients choose a policy and guide their application through underwriting
- Track your pipeline and follow up consistently using a provided CRM
- Attend weekly team calls and participate in call reviews to keep improving
