What you'll actually do
- Contact prospective clients who have requested information about term life coverage
- Schedule and hold phone or video conversations to understand each client's situation
- Explain term life policy options plainly and help clients compare what fits their needs and budget
- Assist clients through the application process and follow each case through underwriting
- Manage your lead pipeline and follow-up cadence using a CRM provided at no cost
- Attend weekly team calls and complete call reviews to keep sharpening your skills
