The Butler Agency has a 100% remote, commission-based 1099 mortgage protection opportunity for agents who want to build something that lasts. This is a remote, work-from-home position serving Syracuse, NE and surrounding communities.

What you'll actually do

• Contact homeowners who have expressed interest in mortgage protection coverage
• Schedule and hold coverage conversations to understand each client's priorities and situation
• Explain mortgage protection options and help clients work through the application process
• Follow cases through underwriting and keep clients informed at each step
• Help recruit, onboard, and ride-along with newer agents joining your team
• Lead on weekly team calls and in 1:1 coaching sessions with agents you support
