The Butler Agency is hiring 100% remote, commission-based 1099 mortgage protection life insurance agents who are ready to own what they do. This is a remote, work-from-home position serving the Hyannis, MA area.

What you'll actually do

• Reach out to homeowners who may have an unmet need for mortgage protection coverage
• Schedule and hold coverage conversations over the phone or by video
• Listen to each family's situation and walk them through available protection options
• Help interested clients complete applications and guide them through underwriting
• Track activity and manage your pipeline using the provided CRM
• Attend weekly team calls and participate in call reviews to keep getting better
