IUL Sales Agent — Experienced Licensed Agents Ready to Lead | Remote / 1099

The Butler Agency is hiring experienced licensed life insurance agents for a 100% remote, commission-based 1099 role focused on IUL sales serving the Princeton, IL area. This is a work-from-home position with real structure behind you and genuine room to grow into a mentoring role as you build your book of business.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients who have expressed interest in indexed universal life coverage
• Hold structured phone or video conversations to understand each client's long-term needs
• Explain IUL policy mechanics clearly and help clients compare their available options
• Help clients complete applications and follow them through the underwriting process
• Manage your pipeline in a provided CRM with disciplined, consistent follow-up
• Contribute to weekly team calls and, as you grow, support newer agents alongside you
