IUL Sales Agent — Experienced Licensed Agents Ready to Lead | Remote / 1099

The Butler Agency is hiring licensed life insurance agents to lead IUL sales serving the Owensboro, KY area. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position — you'll work from anywhere, but you'll be serving clients and building relationships in and around Owensboro. If you're a licensed agent with real field experience who wants more than a territory to work, we have a commission-based 1099 role with real structure behind you and room to grow into a mentoring role as you build.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients who have expressed interest in indexed universal life coverage
• Hold structured phone or video conversations to understand each client's long-term needs
• Explain IUL policy mechanics clearly and help clients compare their available options
• Help clients complete applications and follow them through the underwriting process
• Manage your pipeline in a provided CRM with disciplined, consistent follow-up
• Contribute to weekly team calls and, as you grow, support newer agents alongside you
