IUL and Annuity Sales Agent — Independent Contractors | Remote / 1099

The Butler Agency is hiring 100% remote, commission-based 1099 agents with sales experience who are ready to serve Salem and surrounding areas from home. This is a remote, work-from-home position; you'll work entirely from wherever you choose, with no commute or in-office requirement.

What you'll actually do

• Contact clients who are exploring indexed universal life or annuity products
• Schedule and hold in-depth coverage conversations by phone or video from wherever you work
• Assess each client's needs, present available product options clearly, and guide their decision-making
• Help clients complete applications and follow each case through underwriting
• Self-generate leads and supplement with warm leads provided by the agency
• Manage your book using the provided CRM and stay connected through weekly team calls
