IUL and Annuity Sales Agent — Independent Contractors | Remote / 1099

Ashland, OR professionals and business owners deserve retirement and wealth-protection planning tailored to their situation — and The Butler Agency is hiring experienced, licensed 1099 agents to serve them. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. You'll build your own practice in the IUL and annuity space with real support, real independence, and the flexibility to work from anywhere.

What you'll actually do

• Contact clients who are exploring indexed universal life or annuity products
• Schedule and hold in-depth coverage conversations by phone or video from wherever you work
• Assess each client's needs, present available product options clearly, and guide their decision-making
• Help clients complete applications and follow each case through underwriting
• Self-generate leads and supplement with warm leads provided by the agency
• Manage your book using the provided CRM and stay connected through weekly team calls
