Serving Cabot, AR and the greater Little Rock area, The Butler Agency is hiring a Final Expense Life Insurance Sales Agent for 100% remote, commission-based 1099 work. This is a work-from-home position — you'll be based wherever you choose, reaching out to seniors and families across the region who have expressed interest in final expense coverage.

What you'll actually do

• Reach out to seniors and families who have expressed interest in final expense coverage
• Schedule brief, focused phone conversations to understand each person's situation and needs
• Present available policy options honestly and help each client decide what fits
• Walk clients through the application and stay with them through the underwriting process
• Use a provided CRM to keep notes and follow-ups organized and nothing falling through
• Join a weekly team call to stay connected and keep building your craft
