Final Expense Life Insurance Sales Agent — Community and Faith-Minded Agents | Remote / 1099

The Butler Agency is looking for 100% remote, commission-based 1099 final expense agents who are motivated by genuine service, lead with integrity, and want their work to reflect their values. This is a remote, work-from-home position serving the Taylorsville, UT area.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective senior clients and schedule conversations about final expense coverage
• Listen well, learn each family's situation, and explain available options honestly
• Help clients who are ready complete their application and move through underwriting
• Follow up with care and consistency — relationships are the foundation of this work
• Keep client records organized inside a provided CRM
• Participate in weekly team calls and 1:1 mentorship to keep developing your skills
