The Butler Agency is seeking compassionate final expense agents to serve the Franklin, TN community — high-income professionals and executives who value integrity and faith-rooted work. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position where you'll help seniors and families in the Franklin area through honest conversations about final expense coverage, guided by a team that leads with service, not sales tactics.

What you'll actually do

• Reach out to seniors and families who have already expressed interest in final expense coverage
• Hold honest, unhurried phone or video conversations about each family's needs and budget
• Explain final expense policy options simply and clearly — no pressure, no bait-and-switch
• Help clients complete applications and walk their cases through underwriting with care
• Use a provided CRM to follow up consistently so no family gets lost in the shuffle
• Join weekly team calls built around service, skill-building, and shared values
