Taos, NM families deserve life insurance guidance in their own language — and bilingual agents who understand their needs are in short supply. The Butler Agency is hiring 100% remote, commission-based 1099 term life agents to serve Spanish-speaking households across the U.S. This is a remote, work-from-home position serving the Taos, NM area and beyond.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients — in Spanish or English — who are exploring term life coverage
• Schedule and hold coverage conversations that feel comfortable and clear for each family
• Explain term life options in plain language and help clients find coverage that fits their situation
• Help interested clients complete applications and track each case through underwriting
• Manage follow-up and your pipeline using the provided CRM
• Join weekly team calls and participate in script and call reviews to keep improving
