Families in and around Harlem, MT—including members of the Fort Belknap Indian Community and agricultural workers in the region—often lack access to life insurance guidance in their preferred language. The Butler Agency is hiring 100% remote, commission-based 1099 bilingual term life agents to serve those families with clarity and care. This is a remote, work-from-home position; you will not work from an office or need to relocate to Harlem, MT.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients — in Spanish or English — who are exploring term life coverage
• Schedule and hold coverage conversations that feel comfortable and clear for each family
• Explain term life options in plain language and help clients find coverage that fits their situation
• Help interested clients complete applications and track each case through underwriting
• Manage follow-up and your pipeline using the provided CRM
• Join weekly team calls and participate in script and call reviews to keep improving
