Spanish-speaking families across the U.S. often navigate life insurance decisions without anyone to explain their options clearly. At Taubman Financial Management, you can change that — this is 100% remote, commission-based 1099 work built around real conversations with real families.

What you'll actually do

  • Follow up with people who've already raised their hand and asked about life insurance — in Spanish or English
  • Listen to what a family actually needs before ever mentioning a product or price
  • Compare options across multiple carriers and walk clients through the differences in plain terms
  • Complete the application together over the phone or video — you guide, they decide
  • Stay with each case through underwriting until the coverage is in force

Who this is a fit for

  • Fluent in Spanish and English — you can explain a beneficiary clause clearly in either language
  • Comfortable with variable income and owning your own schedule without someone assigning your days
  • You've built trust with clients or customers before — the product is new, the skill isn't
  • You hold a life insurance license in your state, or you're prepared to earn one before your first sale
  • You want to serve a community that too often goes without a knowledgeable agent who speaks their language

What we provide

  • Direct carrier appointments in your name — your contracts stay with you, and there's no non-compete
  • Case design help available when a client's situation is more complex than a standard application
  • Underwriting advocacy and new business follow-up support you can lean on as cases move forward
  • Free ongoing training and an agent community available whenever you need a second opinion or fresh perspective
  • Compliance review available for any marketing materials you create in either language

The honest part

This is 1099 work, structured as commission only — there's no base salary and no set weekly paycheck waiting for you. If that kind of income structure doesn't fit where you are right now, this probably isn't your moment. But if you're bilingual, you've worked with people, and you want to build something real with Taubman Financial Management that serves families in your community, start a conversation with us.
