What you'll actually do
- Contact prospective clients and hold conversations about final expense and term life coverage needs
- Explain available policy options clearly and help clients complete their applications
- Follow submitted cases through underwriting and advocate when a file needs attention
- Mentor newer agents — share what works, join call reviews, and give honest feedback
- Contribute to the weekly team call and help shape a team culture built on straight talk
