Remote Sales Agent — Direct Sales & Home Services Pros

Shipley Legacy Group is hiring a remote sales consultant in Yoder, WY to help individuals and families evaluate life insurance options and apply for coverage. This is a 100% remote, commission-based 1099 role suited to people who already sell for a living and have built their own pipeline. This is a work-from-home position open to candidates in Yoder, WY.

What you'll do

• Reach out to people who have already raised their hand asking about life insurance coverage
• Schedule and hold protection review conversations by phone or video — no windshields, no driveways
• Ask the right questions to understand a household's situation before presenting anything
• Walk clients through coverage options in plain terms and complete the application together
• Work inside carrier quoting and e-application platforms to submit each case accurately
• Track every conversation and follow-up in the CRM as the work happens
• Stay with a pending case through the carrier's review process and keep the client informed
• Keep current on products, carrier guidelines, and compliance requirements — training is ongoing, not a one-time event

Qualifications

• A state life insurance license — or the concrete intent to obtain one before selling
• Comfortable running full sales conversations by phone and video without in-person support
• Able to navigate web-based carrier systems and a CRM without needing hand-holding
• Disciplined follow-through: you work a pipeline, you don't wait for it to move itself
• Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection
• Background in any commission-driven, client-facing role is useful; insurance experience is not required

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-based. No salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production.
